ARROJO Classic Cuts is a three-day seminar where stylists can relearn and master classic scissor cutting as applied to the traditional shapes of hairdressing, establish precise technique, and build their creative repertoire.

We believe successful hairdressing stems from mastery of the classic techniques––one-length lines, graduation, and layering. Learn their proper application and all your cuts, no matter what shape or style, will improve. It’s also true that strong classic cutting technique opens the door for stylists to become more confident in their skill-set and, consequently, more creative in their execution.

In Classic Cuts, therefore, each morning demo focused on creating geometric yet organic shape, and was followed by an afternoon workshop where attendees practiced these precision-based skills under our supervision.

A master-the-basics, scissors-only class that proved a great insight to our central teaching philosophy, a certain way for hairdressers to improve their skill level, and gave the foundation for one and all to build their creative stock.
