ARROJO academy seminars are held in a state-of-the-art space that adjoins ARROJO studio, and is purpose-built for cutting edge, professional-to-professional hairdressing education. Our commitment is to an advanced, inspirational, and career-shaping learning process that enables all hairdressers to benefit from our experience, knowledge, and skill. The techniques we teach can be put into practice on the salon floor straightaway, and empower stylists from all over America to create fashion-forward and functional, beautiful, wearable hair.

This is down to our modern and creative, precision-centric method. Precise, proper technique is fundamental to hairdressing because it allows all shapes and styles to be built off of a strong foundation. Once that’s in place, creativity can flourish. Start by putting the right structure into each color or cut and hairdressers can still be creative, but the style will always last longer, grow out better, and be easier for the client to style each day––craftsmanship, integrity, manageability will be the key features the look. It means the client will be happier, more likely to return, and more likely to bring their friends. Though each academy seminar is different, this is the essence of our philosophy, and it is evident in each class.

In the academy, we account for all skill levels, and all aspects of contemporary, creative hairdressing. Stylists can choose from classic cutting seminars that cover the fundamentals of effective scissor-cutting, to basic and advanced razor-cutting classes, to inspiration seminars that delve deep into the latest, most progressive trends and techniques in cut and color, to a business-building class that shares our award-winning business practices. Or stylists can choose the four-week Boot Camp and cover every detail of successful, modern-day hairstyling.

The atmosphere also sets us apart: We foster a down-to-earth, relaxed, lively and fun environment because that’s the best way to learn. And, with a maximum of six class attendees per educator, we give each person lots of individual, hands-on education.

Combined, our knowledge and skill, our diverse list of seminars, and our dedication to the very best educators and environment, means we are able to improve, for each hairdresser (including our own), salon hairdressing, client communication, editorial styling, and ability to build client base and business.
